Terms of Service
Appointment and Cancellation
- Please book your appointment in advance.
- We don not levy cancellation charges, however we appreciate timely intimation in the event of delay, rescheduling or cancellation.
Arrival and selection of Treatment
- Arrive at least 5 min. prior to your appointment so that we can help you acclimatize before you step in for your treatment.
- Please switch off your mobile phone or turn it to silent mode upon arrival.
- Additionally, we would appreciate if you contribute to tranquil atmosphere by choosing to refrain from using mobile phones.
- If you are not sure which treatment you should go for, our manager will be more than happy to assist you in selecting a treatment best for you.
- Please note that it is mandatory for you to inform us of any injury or medical condition that you may be suffering from so that we take that too in consideration before recommending a treatment.
During your treatment
- Treatment will be done as per your comfort level of dressing.
- Please do not risk embarrasement by requesting for sexual favours.
- We do not entertain person in consumption of alcohol.
Payment
- Payment is taken in advance.
- Payments are accepted by cash or credit cards in INR.
